DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTS
   As per WA state law, these are required for Assisted Living care types, and Adult Family Homes.
LIST OF AMENITIES
   Generally described as all publicly available community features.   
LIST OF SERVICES
   Extra services may be paid for or free. Please have prices available.
LIST OF STAFF
   This list should include staff numbers for medication technicians, registered nurses, etc.
PHOTOS
   Photos are required for each community, covering inside, outside, individual rooms, and common areas. Photographers can be arranged for a fee.
UNIT INFORMATION
   Information for each unit/room type (Pricing, room type, description).
