How to Schedule a Tour or Phone Call as an Explorer
GoldenSHERPA provides you with a convenient and easy tool to schedule and meet with communities. This article is a brief overview of how to schedule a tour with a community.
First, find and navigate to the community you would like to schedule a tour with.
From the community listing page, select whether you would like a phone call, live virtual tour or virtual tour and click "Schedule Tour Now".
If you have entered information for a care seeker before, you can select them or you can enter new information.
After the care seeker information is submitted, you will be prompted to choose a date and time slot for the event.
After submitting a time slot, you will be greeted by a confirmation pop up. You will also receive a confirmation email.
From your email, view the confirmation information. When you click join event, you will be taken to the secure and confidential video call bridge that only you and the community can access via our platform.
